Entire cosmos is a composed of only four basic elements according to all school of thoughts

Air

Water

Fire

Earth

But there is yet another element in which all these elements co-exists and that is ‘Space’. Our existance in this space is just a minuscule. It is huge space whose dimensions are yet unknown. Whose boundaries are yet to be demarked. This is enormous potential in itself to combine and form all the material world with definite properties to be defined as its existence. Similar to cosmos, every atom present in universe is combined with these 5 elements. So the combination of these atoms, is a biggest possibility, that is organized by natural forces, and that force is life! Ayurveda is study of existence of life along with cosmos and its perfect balance. Brought down to simple understanding. Every person has unique combination of 5 elements and results in Prakriti. It can be nature, living beings, non living material or anything in the world that is associated with energy.

For example: As a composition, Prakriti operates in the form of pitta, kapha and waat in every human body. This can be named as ‘dosha’ if they create imbalance in a body. They can be singly dominating imbalance or combination of them. It varies from person to person with respect to its age and with seasonal changes. In material/physical body there are certain procedures that can be followed to remove imbalance/impurity. At the same time there are impurities or imbalance those persist within the space, within a body that needs to be removed and cleared. This space within the body is mind.

Hi, I’m the founder of Ganigomi. I hold a Master of Science degree in Geology, and my journey has taken me across diverse fields that continue to shape my perspective. I worked for more than six years in the technology sector and four years in the (diverse)education field, experiences that helped me build both a practical and people-centered approach. Alongside this, I am an amateur artist with a deep love for creativity, culture, and meaningful expression. I am also a practicing yogi and a yogic teacher. For over seven years, I have worked closely with individuals—primarily patients—guiding them through yoga and mindful healing practices. I conduct chakra meditation and healing sessions in different parts of the world, focusing on balance, awareness, and inner well-being. I believe in living a sustainable and conscious life. I am deeply inspired by traditional art forms from around the world and the stories they carry. My vision is to create a bridge for artists in all forms—connecting creators, preserving traditions, and helping their work reach a wider audience. My approach is spiritual, friendly, and grounded in purpose. Through Ganigomi, I aim to create opportunities where businesses, artists, and individuals can grow with authenticity, visibility, and a positive impact. Me in one line: I never get bored!
